  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping may be at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary)
