Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at @salesshop.co with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond with return instructions and shipping details.
Ship the item back to us (return shipping may be at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Please note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank account again
Then contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary)

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. If you need to exchange an item, please email us first before sending it back.
