Is this a wholesale or customer-to-customer (C2C) site?

We offer both! Retail customers and businesses can register. Prices will show differently depending on the type of account you have.

 

How do I register as a business?

If you’re new, just fill in the registration form and select the B2B / Business option.
Once you’ve registered, we’ll need to manually activate your account before you can access wholesale prices.

Can I register as both a customer and a business?

You can only register one type per account. If you need access to both, you’ll need to use a different email address to register a second account.

 

What if I don’t see wholesale prices after registering as a business?

That means we haven’t approved your account yet. Business accounts require manual approval. We usually review new registrations within 24 hours.

 

Is there a minimum order for business customers?

Yes, we may apply minimum order amounts for B2B orders. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

Can I change my account type later?

If you need to switch from retail to business (or vice versa), contact us and we’ll help update your account.
